A Note from the Founder

I’m David Durham, Founder and Principal Consultant at Brand Automation AI.

Before specialising in AI strategy and automation, I spent over a decade as a corporate IT Business Analyst, helping organisations map complex systems, streamline processes, and deliver large-scale IT projects.

That experience taught me a simple truth: technology only works when it solves the right problem.

Today, I bring that same analytical discipline to automation — translating business logic into intelligent, human-centred systems that save time, reduce risk, and scale sustainably.
